Definitions.

Dalex Inc., is from here on shall be called "manager" affiliates operating under this agreement shall be called "affiliates"


Dalex Inc., represents affiliate management system and payout structure for entertainment websites under CleanP website.


Cleanp.com shall be called "program"


Affiliates and manager shall be bound by this agreement in full.


  1. Sites promoted under cleanp.com affiliate program are adult in nature and its content.
  2. Affiliates must be of legal age and/or 18 years or older.
  3. Affiliates must provide tax identification if residing and conducting business in United States.
    Manager shall report all appropriate monies paid to affiliates over reporting period of one year ending on December 31st.
  4. Non-exclusive license to use cleanp.com provided content is automatically granted as an affiliate of the program, which shall terminate upon affiliates relationship with the program.

Payouts

  1. You will obtain 50% of all the sign ups and rebills you make as an initial partnership rate. If you want to increase your partnership rate - you have earn $750.00 (from all transactions - initial sales and rebills) for 55% partnership, $1500.00 (from all transactions - initial sales and rebills) - for 60%, $3000.00 (from all transactions - initial sales and rebills) - for 65%. Partnership rate reaches its new value for all future transactions untill next rate increase, without reduction. Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from the final payout and so on.
    For example, You have made 30 initial sign ups and 20 rebills, so you have earned $30*(30+20)*50% = $750. So from all future initial and recurring sales you will get 55% from all transactions.
  2. Comissions are paid for full and/or trial signups to any member sites of cleanp.com
  3. Payouts are sent out directly form CCBill every week.
    Default payment amount is $50
  4. Default payment standard is by check to the mailing address in the affiliate information.

RESTRICTIONS.

  1. Spam is not tolerated by the program. Affiliates who are detected to be sending traffic via spam will be deleted without notice or warning.
  2. Sending traffic from sites with illegal purposes such as but not limited to beastiality, underage content etc., is strictly prohibited.
  3. Fradulantly generating signups is not tolerated and affiliates will be terminated without notice.
  4. Traffic generated from countries and locales which are not compatible with cleanp.com business model shall be redirected back to affiliate referral.(coming soon)
